Who we are
This website is run by Khanzada Metals & Alloys LLC (خان زاده ميتالز آند ألويز ذ م م), a limited liability company licensed by Sharjah Media City (Shams), licence no. 2539018.01, with its registered address at Sharjah Media City, Sharjah, United Arab Emirates. In this policy, "we", "us" and "our" mean that company.
We decide how the personal data described here is used, so we are responsible for it. You can reach us about anything in this policy at khanzadashakeel06@gmail.com or +971 50 138 1530.
We handle personal data in line with UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data (the "PDPL") and other UAE laws that apply to us.
The short version
- This website doesn't use cookies, analytics, advertising trackers or social media plugins.
- The enquiry form doesn't send or store anything on this website. It opens your own email app with a message addressed to us.
- We only see the details you choose to send us by email or tell us by phone, and we use them to deal with your enquiry.
- We don't sell your data and we don't send marketing.
What we collect
When you visit the website
We don't run any analytics or tracking on this site, and all fonts and images load from our own website rather than from other companies' servers.
Like any website, the server that hosts it may automatically keep standard technical logs, such as your IP address, browser type, the pages requested and the time of the request. These logs are kept by our hosting provider to keep the site secure and working, and we don't use them to identify or profile visitors.
When you contact us
If you use the form, email us or call us, we receive the details you choose to give. Usually that's:
- your name, and your phone number and/or email address;
- your company name, if you give it;
- details about the material, its quantity and location, and any photos you send.
Because the form opens your own email app, we also receive whatever your email normally shows, such as your email address and signature.
When we do business together
If an enquiry turns into a deal, we may also need:
- a copy of your ID or your company's trade licence, to confirm who we're dealing with and that material is lawfully yours to sell;
- bank or payment details, to pay you or receive payment;
- the details recorded on quotes, weight records, invoices and transport documents.
Please don't send ID documents or bank details through the website form. We'll ask for them separately if they're needed.

We don't use your data for marketing, and we don't make decisions about you by purely automated means.
Who we share it with
We only share personal data when we need to, with:
- Our email provider. Our email address is a Gmail account, so emails you send us are stored by Google. Google's own privacy terms also apply to that data.
- Our website hosting provider, which stores the website and its server logs.
- Transporters, recyclers and other parties to a deal, only where your details are needed on transport or trade documents.
- Accountants, auditors and legal advisers, where needed for our records and compliance.
- Government authorities, including the free zone authority, when the law requires it.
We never sell your personal data.
Transfers outside the UAE
Some of our service providers, such as our email provider, may store data on servers outside the UAE. Where that happens, we rely on the safeguards those providers offer and on the conditions for cross-border transfers allowed under the PDPL.
How long we keep it
- Enquiries that don't lead to a deal: deleted within 12 months of our last contact with you.
- Records of deals (quotes, invoices, weight records, ID and licence copies): kept for as long as UAE law requires us to keep commercial, accounting and tax records, which can be up to seven years.
- Server logs: kept by our hosting provider for its standard, limited period.
Keeping it safe
We keep personal data in password-protected accounts and devices, limit who can see it, and delete it when we no longer need it. No system is completely secure, so please avoid sending sensitive documents by unprotected channels unless we've asked for them.
Your rights
Under the PDPL, you can ask us to:
- tell you what personal data we hold about you and give you a copy;
- correct anything that's wrong or incomplete;
- delete your data, where we don't have to keep it by law;
- restrict or stop using your data in certain cases;
- send your data to you or another organisation in a usable format, where that applies.
Where we rely on your consent, you can withdraw it at any time. That won't affect anything we did before you withdrew it.
To use any of these rights, email khanzadashakeel06@gmail.com. We may need to confirm your identity first. We'll reply as soon as we can and within 30 days. If you're unhappy with how we've handled your data, you can complain to the UAE Data Office.
Children
This website and our services are for businesses and adults. We don't knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle personal data, for example by adding a new service to the website, we'll update this page and the date at the top before the change takes effect.
